For more than 20 years, I have been working in the field of international cooperation projects, mostly in the areas of organisational development and process facilitation. In that time, I have frequently observed recurring challenges.
Despite significant commitment and resources, the long-term sustainability of cooperation projects often remained limited. In many cases, this could be attributed to typical weaknesses of a project logic with predefined goals and activities under time constraints.
I was wondering how successful international cooperation might look like in the future. While thinking about this, I saw how much potential lied in the digital acceleration of the past few years, as it has reshaped the landscape of cooperation. The digital tools of today demonstrate that asynchronous, cross-border collaboration can be a strategic advantage, fostering greater efficiency and providing sustainable solutions for global teams.
While talking about this topic with many friends and colleagues, I also talked to my brother Dario, who has worked more than 20 years in the sphere of international public relations and digital transformation. At some point in our conversations, it hit us: Why don’t we join forces and combine our expertise?
With founding RADI Consulting, we are convinced we have found a way to bridge the gaps between structured project logic, a digitized world and human collaboration. Through digitally-enabled processes, we help organizations achieve greater impact and build resilient networks. By making greater use of tried-and-tested practices that work well, we can use the resources freed up to focus on personal connections and ensure support in actually doing and changing things.
Current digital literacy has enabled us to offer more impactful services, but also to set up our own way of working and collaborating beyond the traditional model of centralized management of a consulting company. RADI Consulting has built a global network of colleagues that we have worked with in the past and that share our core values and work approaches. By integrating local perspectives and a diverse range of viewpoints, we ensure that our advisory services are grounded in the realities of the regions where we work.
That’s why and how we founded RADI Consulting: To provide internationally active organizations with an integrated framework for successful cooperation. Our portfolio offers modular consulting components designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure that international partnerships are both resilient and sustainable.
