Creating Connections for Lasting Knowledge
International organizations and programmes generate valuable practical knowledge – but too often it stays within the project team or country where it was produced. RADI helps organizations create structured spaces where practitioners can share project experience, learn from each other across countries and context, and feed those insights back into their own work and the organization as a whole.
The focus is on real case studies, not only as evidence of what works, but as starting points for honest dialogue, reflection and change. This generates valuable insights for all involved – feeding into evaluations, specialist networks and the ongoing development of shared projects.
What RADI Offers
RADI brings extensive experience in international cooperation and a deep understanding of participatory methods. We design formats that genuinely engage participants and go beyond formal knowledge transfer. Our international network ensures content is culturally and linguistically adapted to each context.
Skilled facilitation is at the heart of everything we do – whether in person or online. We support the entire process, from identifying relevant case studies for discussion, to systematically harnessing feedback and preparing findings in a form that the organization can use for wider learning and evaluation.
Working With Us
We design each step of the process in close collaboration with the client. This includes developing clear criteria for selecting case studies or projects, supporting contributors in shaping their stories, and maintaining quality throughout.
Whether in person, hybrid or online, we guide participants through collaborative reflection on the case studies presented – providing simultaneous translation, digital documentation and GDPR-compliant infrastructure, including via our own Nextcloud platform where needed.
We can compile findings into a form that is useful for the organisation, whether for internal learning, evaluation or public facing communication. By connecting practitioners across institutional and national boundaries, we establish networks that carry expertise and shared experience beyond the engagement itself.
