Institutional Learning
Using Strategy and Evaluation as a Driver for Development
Organizations that understand and improve their processes are more adaptable, resilient and motivated over time. RADI supports organizations that want to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Organizational learning requires space for reflection, analysis and strategic thinking. We support this through three approaches: strategy consulting, external evaluation and process facilitation. Strategy consulting focuses on the key challenges of current work. Independent evaluation makes it possible to capture both internal and external viewpoints, to structure insights in a transparent and understandable way, and to feed them into an integrated learning process. Process facilitation helps to make insights visible, strengthening the ability to act and initiate change.
What RADI Offers
Our strength lies in creating openness and trust among participants, fostering active engagement and shared learning. As an independent party, we listen, observe, capture diverse perspectives and translate this information into a clear and coherent picture – anonymized where necessary. Building on this, we deliver rigorous analyses that map complex dynamics in a structured way and identify the key challenges. We ensure that knowledge and experience are actively shared, reflected upon and put into practice to strengthen both the organization and the people within it.
The RADI network brings together expertise from different countries, disciplines and organizational backgrounds. This diversity enables a context-sensitive approach and leads to more sustainable results. We draw on a broad range of consulting tools and formats, adapting them flexibly to different needs. This allows us to shift between different approaches depending on the situation and to support learning processes effectively.
Working With Us
RADI assembles a team that combines technical, local and methodological expertise as required. From the start, we work with the client to identify the aims for organizational learning. Are they looking to optimize processes, introduce new ways of working, improve innovation or several of these? In dialogue with the client, we develop an appropriate framework – from identifying challenges and designing the research methodology to facilitating workshops involving stakeholders and/or target groups.
The choice of methods depends on the learning objectives – from systematic case studies, portfolio or content analysis to data protection-compliant online surveys and creative peer learning workshops. These are applied flexibly and as needed in both external evaluations and internal support. The insights and recommendations generated through this process are practical and designed to integrate seamlessly into existing organizational structures and processes.
