Knowledge Management Support
Capturing and Sharing Knowledge for Long-Term Impact
nowledge generated through projects, events and collaboration only creates lasting value if it is captured, structured and made accessible. The right materials, tailored to the needs of the target group, strengthen institutional learning, shape organizational culture and processes over time and ensure that project outcomes and achievements endure beyond individual activities.
Whether guidelines, checklists, e-learning modules or documentation of best practices and proven approaches – the right resources strengthen knowledge transfer, networking and innovation. Without the necessary groundwork, there is a risk of losing valuable experiential knowledge, particularly in complex projects or organizations with diverse actors and fluctuating teams.
This includes the systematic documentation of events – workshops, conferences, and study trips – ensuring that information, discussions and outcomes are accurately recorded and remain accessible to all involved. We see documentation not as an afterthought, but as a formative part of the process itself, creating transparency and ensuring that collaborative efforts endure.
What RADI Offers
During events, our multilingual teams can work in parallel across working groups where needed, taking precise notes, visualizing outcomes (whiteboards, photo documentation, graphic recording) and preparing materials for different audiences. We work with secure, GDPR-compliant tools and can produce audio-visual formats such as short videos in collaboration with film and design partners.
Working With Us
RADI develops materials not in isolation but in dialogue with partners and target groups. From the outset, we listen, take stock of existing knowledge and needs, and actively build on the skills and experience present. We can support the entire process – from initial concept through editing, translation and publication to distribution.
If needed, we advise on embedding materials into knowledge management systems, integrating them into learning processes, and choosing the right platforms for sharing. We also design and facilitate activities to extend the reach and impact of these materials, such as asynchronous feedback rounds, online events and peer-to-peer learning.
For events specifically, we handle preparation – document structures, assigning roles, and format outlines – capture outcomes as they happen through notes, visuals and photography and consolidate everything afterwards into reports, publications or materials for external communication. Accessible formats and document management are available on request.
