Study Visits and Delegations

Authentic Interactions, Lasting Impact

International study and delegation programmes enable intercultural learning, strengthen strategic partnerships and build trust across institutional and cultural boundaries.

To be effective, they require considered, context-specific planning and a design that ensures that visits and meetings become meaningful opportunities for learning. Content, formats and how the programme is run – both in person and online – should be thoughtfully aligned to create lasting benefits beyond the trip itself.

What RADI Offers

We have a strong track record in international cooperation paired with methodological expertise and organizational rigour. We see study trips as curated opportunities for exchange and learning. Every meeting and stop along the way is prepared and tailored with the interests of the participants in mind. Drawing on local knowledge and cultural insight, our global network helps to quickly identify the topics that matter and make them tangible for the participants.

Our genuine curiosity and warmth create the ideal conditions for open exchange and learning. We use digital tools (for example cloud collaboration software for a common workspace or digital whiteboards for co-creation) for preparation, structuring and follow-up – also for hybrid or virtual formats. We always pay attention to structured documentation, active participation and data security.

Working With Us

Study visits and delegations often require intense preparation, logistical organization and facilitation. They also need to be tailored to the specific needs of the participants. We can lighten the workload for clients by offering comprehensive support in these areas – before, during and after the visits.

We coordinate closely with clients and involve participants at an early stage, for example, through a survey or requesting letters of motivation. Virtual modules create a common starting point for participants and the use of online collaborative platforms provide opportunities for orientation and reflection during the trip.

After the trip, we help create a lasting legacy and support continued networking among participants, for example, through practical resources (for example links to relevant content), written output (like publications), photo documentation or opportunities for continued feedback or exchange online (for instance online discussion forums, shared workspaces, follow-up webinars). Whether physical, hybrid or virtual: our goal is to make every visit count.
